A Different Way of Seeing Health
Most people know me as a dentist.
But what truly drives my work is helping people understand the profound connection between sleep, breathing, and health.
For more than 30 years, I’ve cared for patients and built successful dental practices. Along the way, I became increasingly fascinated by a question that traditional healthcare wasn’t asking often enough:
What if many of the symptoms, struggles, and chronic health challenges we experience during the day actually begin while we sleep?
The Discovery
The question that changed the course of my career.
That question led me deep into the world of airway health and sleep-disordered breathing, where I discovered something that would change the course of my career.
Adults battling fatigue, anxiety, and brain fog
High blood pressure and chronic disease
Families looking for the missing piece
In many cases, sleep and breathing were an important part of the story.

Today, this work reaches far beyond the dental chair.
Today, I am known as The Sleep Dentist®—a clinician, educator, speaker, author, and advocate dedicated to advancing awareness of sleep-disordered breathing and airway health.

A Shared Purpose
Every conversation is an opportunity to help someone see the bigger picture.
Whether I’m speaking to healthcare professionals, educating families, interviewing experts, or helping patients explore solutions, my goal remains the same: to connect the dots between breathing, sleep, and lifelong health.
What I Believe
Sleep is one of the most overlooked pillars of wellness.
Better answers for families
Parents deserve better answers when their children are struggling.
A broader clinical lens
Healthcare providers need greater awareness of the role airway health plays in patient outcomes.
See the whole story
Many of the conditions we treat every day may look very different when viewed through the lens of sleep.
The Goal
To help people connect the dots between how they breathe, how they sleep, and how they live.
Welcome. I’m glad you’re here.
